Where is Overbrook in Ottawa, and what are its boundaries?
Overbrook is in the east end of Ottawa, across the Rideau River from Sandy Hill and just south of Vanier. Wikipedia describes it as bounded by the former City of Vanier to the north, the Rideau River to the west, Highway 417 (the Queensway) to the south and St. Laurent Boulevard to the east.
As of · Updated
Wikipedia says the eastern part overlaps the Castle Heights neighbourhood. The Ottawa Neighbourhood Study's 'Overbrook' boundary is drawn differently and extends somewhat further east and north.
Keep in mind. Boundaries differ between Wikipedia, the ONS and community groups.
